Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 of a medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 medium jalapeño, chopped
  • desired amount of finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 TBS lemon or lime juice

Instructions

  • Place everything in a medium mixing bowl. Stir until fully combined. Pour into an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
