3 Ingredient Keto High Protein Avocado Bread

This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make quick high protein keto avocado flatbread

Ingredients

  • 2 large very ripe avocados (10 oz each before seeded and peeled)
  • 160 grams (2/3 cup) cottage cheese,
  • 2 large eggs
  • optional dry seasonings

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease 5 four-inch silicone bun molds or line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. Peel and seed the avocados. Place the peeled avocados in a large food processor. Process until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and process 1 minute until smooth.
  • Scoop the mixture out a half cup at a time into the prepared molds or baking sheet. Spread the mixture evenly throughout the molds. If using a baking sheet, spread each scoop into a thick 4-inch diameter circle. If desired top with everything bagel seasoning or topping of choice.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until firm and the tops are starting to get lightly brown. If using the molds cook time will most likely be close to 30 minutes. If using the baking sheet, the bread will be thinner and most likely only take about 20 minutes to bake.
  • Remove the bread from the oven and allow to cool in the molds/baking sheet at least 30 minutes to firm up. Once cooled, remove the breads from the molds/baking sheet and transfer to a wire rack. Allow to sit at least 30 minutes before using.
