5 Minute Keto Hoisin Sauce
This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make 5-minute keto hoisin sauce.

Ingredients
- 60 ml light soy sauce or liquid aminos (1/4 cup)
- 30 ml rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar (2 TBS)
- 32 grams black soybean paste or peanut/seed butter (2 TBS)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Chinese five spice powder
- 25 grams brown sugar sweetener (2 TBS)
- 10 ml keto hot sauce (2 tsp)
- 1/8 tsp xanthan gum or keto thickener of choice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk together until fully combined. Keep whisking until mixture comes toa low boil and sauce has thickened. remove from heat use immediately or cool completely. Use as a dip or in any recipe that requires hoisin sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks
