
Easy Keto French Fries
This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make easy keto French fries

Ingredients
- 15 grams (3 TBS) whole psyllium husk
- 56 grams (1/2 cup) coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 TBS potato extract
- 227 ml (1 cup) HOT water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease an oven fryer rack. Grind the psyllium husk until it is half of its volume. Pour the ground husk into a large mixing bowl. Sift the remaining dry ingredients into the mixing bowl until there are no lumps. Stir in the potato extract and hot water until fully combine.
- Stir mixture for 1 minute until combined and mixture begins to clump together and form a dough ball. Knead the dough in the bowl for 2 minutes until smooth and slightly stretchy. Allow dough to sit a t room temperature 10 minutes to absorb and bind.
- place dough on a lined worksurface. Cover the dough with parchment aper. Roll the dough out to a rectangle that is about 1/4 inch thick. Use a pizza v=cutter and cut the dough into strips that are about 3 inches long. Place the "fries: in a single layer on the prepared oven fryer basket. Leave space between the fries.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes until golden and firm. After the fries are baled, remove them from the oven and allow to cool in the pan 2 to 3 minutes to avoid burning fingers. Serve immediately with the dip of choice.
