
Keto Italian B.M.T.

Ingredients
- keto sub sandwich buns
- mayonnaise
- ranch
- baby spinach
- sliced mozzarella or provolone cheese
- ham slices
- sliced pastrami
- pepperoni slices
- cucumber slices
- tomato slices
- sliced red onion
Instructions
- Spread desired amount of mayonnaise and ranch over the top and bottom portion of a keto sub sandwich bun. Spread a light layer of baby spinach or lettuce of choice over the bottom portion of the sub bun. Top the spinach with a thin slice of mozzarella of provolone cheese
- Top the cheese with 1 to 2 thin slices of ham, 2 to 3 thin slices of pastrami and 5 to 6 slices of pepperoni. Top the meat with 3 to 4 cucumber slices, 1 tomato slice cut to fit the bread and desired amount of thinly sliced red onion. Drizzle desired amount of ranch or dressing of choice over the vegetables.
- Top the filling with the top portion of the bread. Eat as is or toasted. To toast: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place the sandwich on a lined baking sheet. Place the baking sheet into the preheated oven. Bake for 4 minutes until toasted.
