Quick 4-in-1 Keto Pizza
This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make quick 4-in-1 keto pizza

Ingredients
- 10 grams (2 TBS) whole psyllium husk
- 112 grams (1 cup) coconut flour
- 8 grams (2 tsp) baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- optional dry seasonings I use 2 tsp dry Italian seasoning and 1 TBS instant dry yeast
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 113 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 119 ml (1/2 cup) HOT water
- 1 cup keto pizza sauce or sauce of choice
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese or cheese of choice
- toppings of choice I use pepperoni, sliced olives, chopped ham, chopped bell pepper and torn baby spinach
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a 13-inch pizza pan with parchment paper. Set aside. Grind the whole husk for 20 seconds or until half of its volume. Pour ground husk into a large mixing bowl. Sift the dry ingredients into the mixing bowl until there are no lumps
- Stir the eggs, oil and hot water into the dry ingredients until fully combined and a dough has formed. Gradually fold in the cheese until combined and evenly distributed throughout the dough. Stir the dough for 1 minute or until smooth. Form dough into a ball. Let sit for 10 minutes to absorb and bind.
- Place dough in center of prepared pan. Press the dough evenly throughout the pan. Place in the preheated oven. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and firm. Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool at least 5 minutes before adding the toppings.
Assemble
- Spread the pizza sauce or sauce of choice evenly over the crust. Leave 1/4-to-1/2-inch empty border around the edge of the crust. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the sauce. Shape to thin metal skewers in a cross in the center of the pizza to divide it into four sections.
- Place desired toppings in each section. (I put pepperoni in one section, ham and pineapple in another section (pineapple is not keto) pepperoni and olives in the third section and baby spinach and bell peppers in the fourth section.
- Place pizza back in the preheated oven. Bake 7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the toppings are heated through. Once the cheese is melted, remove the pizza from the oven and allow to cool at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
