Keto Homemade Powdered Sugar Substitute
This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make homemade keto powdered sugar substitute

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup granulated monkfruit sweetener or granulated sweetener of choice
- 1/2 cup allulose (no substitute)
- 1 TBS cornstarch or konjac powder to prevent clumping
Instructions
- Combine everything together into a medium bowl. Use a fork to stir everything together until fully combined and there are no lumps. Scoop mixture into a coffee grinder and pulse for about 15 seconds or until the mixture is the texture of powdered sugar. Use as a 1 to 1 substitute for powdered sugar. This recipe can be multiplied as needed.
