Ingredients
7ozMiracle rice or noodles or rice/pasta substitute of choice
1/2tspground cumin
1/2tspchicken bouillon granules
1/2tspchili powder
1/4cupchunky salsa
1/2cupblack soybeans, rinsed and drained
2oz(1/4 cup) shredded cheese
Instructions
Preheat a medium skillet over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes until warm. Rinse and drain the Miracle noodles/pasta. Place drained rice/pasta in the preheated skillet. Cooke 5 minutes until moist of the moisture is absorbed. Stir in the dry seasonings, salsa and soybeans until fully combined. Gradually stir in the shredded cheese until fully added.
Stir constantly for 3 to 5 minutes or until fully combined and the cheese is fully melted. Remove from heat and serve immediately as a side or in any recipe that requires Spanish rice.
