This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make simple keto dumplings

Ingredients
60gramscoconut flour (1/2cup)
16gramspsyium husk powder or flaxseed meal (1 TBS)
1 1/4gramsbaking powder (1/4tsp)
2gramssalt (1/2 tsp)
1 1/2tspdry seasonings of choice
2lareeggs, room temperature
2TBSwarm watermore or less depending on density of flour
Instructions
Sift dry ingredientd into a medium mixing bowl until there are no lumps. Stir the eggs into the dry ingredients until fully moistened
Gradually add in water just until all the dough is moist and can easily be formed into a ball. Massage dough a few seconds to make sure dough is sticking together. Scoop dough 1-2 TBS or desired size of dumplings. Shape into smooth ball or desired shape
Drop into 5 cups of boiling broth or soup/liquid of choice. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes or until the dumplings are no longer sticky.
Use in any recipe that requires dumplings. Allow leftovers to cool completely and store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 3 days
