54gramspowdered allulose or powdered sweetener of choice ( 6 TBS)more or less depending desired texture
Instructions
Place butter in a large mixer bowl and beat on medium 1 minute until creamy
Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add the peanut butter (or nut free option) Beat on medium another 45 seconds to 1 minutes or until smooth
Scrape down the sides of the bowl Add vanilla and milk. Beat on medium low 30 seconds or until combined
Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Reduce mixer to low. Gradually add the powdered sweetener. Allow to beat in after each addition
Once fully added increase speed to medium. Beat on medium 45 seconds to 1 minute or until fluffy. If too thin add more powdered sweetener. If too thick add more milk (I added 2 more TBS of sweetener)
Scrape down the sides of the bowl and push the frosting to the center of the bowl. Frost as desired. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days
