20gramsxanthan gum (2 TBS)must have for thickener
4cupsmilk of choice
1TBSbanana extractadjust to taste
2tspvanilla extractadjust to taste
yellow food coloring, optional
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a large blender. Blend on high 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth and thick. Serve immediately or store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 week
