Keto No Cook “Banana” Pudding
This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make keto no cook banana style pudding
Servings 4 Cups
Ingredients
- 214 grams powdered sweetener of choice (1 1/2 cups) I used powdered monkfruit allulose blend
- 20 grams xanthan gum (2 TBS) must have for thickener
- 4 cups milk of choice
- 1 TBS banana extract adjust to taste
- 2 tsp vanilla extract adjust to taste
- yellow food coloring, optional
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a large blender. Blend on high 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth and thick. Serve immediately or store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 week
Keto No Bake “Banana” Style Cream Pie
This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make keto no bake "banana" style cream pie
Servings 9 inch pie
Ingredients
- half recipe keto "banana" style pudding (recipe above)
- 8 oz keto cool whip substitute (3 cups)
- 1 recipe keto no bake vanilla wafer pie crust
Instructions
- Fold the pudding and cool whip substitute together until fully combined. Spread evenly throughout the prepared pie crust. Place in refrigerator and chill at least 1 hour or until firm. Garnish with crumbled whipped cream, vanilla wafers or grated chocolate. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 5 days
