3 largeboneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lbs)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a 3 quart casserole dish Whisk together all ingredients except chicken breast halves until fully combined
Add chicken breast halves and turn to fully coat in the sauce. Spoon extra sauce on top of the chicken breasts if needed
Cover dish loosely with foil. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes
Uncover and bake another 15-20 minutes or until no longer pink and the internal temperature is at least 165 degrees. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving Serve with extra sauce
