10 Minute Spicy Keto Pasta Sauce
This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make spicy keto pasta sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lbs lean ground beef
- 28 oz crushed tomatoes
- 1 TBS olive oil (15ml)
- 1 tsp brown monkfruit sweetener or brown sugar sweetener of choice
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dry basil
- 2 tsp dry oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dry red pepper flakes spice can be adjusted to taste
Instructions
- Season and cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. While the beef is cooking use a wooden spoon and chop the beef into small pieces. Add the crushed tomatoes and olive oil. Stir to combined. Add the sweetener and remaining seasonings.
- Adjust the seasonings and spice to personal taste. Stir to fully combine. Bring sauce to a boil. Cover and simmer 10 minutes until some of the liquid is reduced. Serve immediately over the keto pasta substitute of choice.
