
5 Minute Keto Coleslaw
This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make 5 minute keto coleslaw

Ingredients
- 56 grams (1/4 cup) mayonnaise
- 19 grams (1 1/2TBS) granulated monk fruit adjust to taste
- 7 ml (1/2 TBS) lemon juice
- 7 ml (1/2 TBS) white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt, adjust to taste
- 1/4 tsp pepper, adjust to taste
- 5 oz green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 oz purple cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 oz carrots, shredded see note
Instructions
- Use a fork and stir together all ingredients except coleslaw mix until fully combined and smooth. Gradually fold in the coleslaw mix with a wooden spoon until fully combined and all the coleslaw mix is coated with the dressing. Cover and place in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving
Notes
Can substitute the vegetables out for 7 oz of premade coleslaw mix
