Ingredients
1lblean ground beef
2TBSdry taco seasoning
86-8 inchsoft keto tortillas
1cupketo refried bean substitute, optional
8oz(2 cups) shredded Colby cheese,
1cupchunky salsa
sour crem, chopped avocado, optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line 2 large baking sheets. Crumble the ground beef in small pieces in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the ground beef with the dry taco seasoning. Cook stirring frequently 5 to 7 minutes until no pink. Drain excess fat and return to the skillet
Place 4 of the tortillas on the prepared baking sheets. Spread 1/4 cup of the refried bean substitute (if using) evenly over each of the tortillas on the baking sheets. Spread 1 cup of the ground beef evenly over the bean substitute. Top the beef evenly with 1/4 cup of the shredded cheese. Top the cheese with another plain tortilla.
Top the tortilla evenly with 1/4 cup of the salsa. Top the salsa with another 1/4 cup or the shredded cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until heated through and firm. Once cooked, remove the pizza from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes.
Use a spatula and transfer the pizzas to serving plates and serve immediately
