Ingredients
1 1/2lbs.lean ground beef
14 1/2ozbeef broth
15ml(1 TBS) Worcestershire sauce or liquid aminos
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/2tsponion powder
1/4tsppepper
1tspdry mustard powder
1tspdry parsley
8ozcooked, sliced mushrooms
2ozcream cheese
124grams(1/2 cup) plain yogurt or sour cream
7grams(1 TBS) coconut flour
keto pasta or pasta substitute of choice
Instructions
Place the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the beef with dry seasonings of choice. Chop the beef into small pieces, Allow the beef to cook 5 to 10 minutes or until the beef is no longer pink. Stir frequently and continue to chop the beef into small pieces while it is cooking.
Stir in the broth, Worcestershire sauce, dry seasonings, salt, pepper and the cooked mushrooms until fully combined. Stir in the cream cheese until is melted and smooth. Sitrin the yogurt/sour cream and coconut flour until fully combined and mixture comes to a low boil. Stir constantly for 5 minutes or until the sauce is thickened.
Adjust seasonings and thickness to taste. Serve desired amount over the cooked keto pasta or pasta substitute of choice.
