Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment papet
Sift dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl until there are no lumps
Stir in the eggs until the dry ingredients are moist. Stir in the oil until combined. Stir in the water until fully combined and a smooth slightly sticky dough has formed
Moisten hands and massage dough for 1 minute. Place back into mixing bowl and let sit 5 minutes.
Scoop dough out 4 TBS at a time and roll into smooth ball. Roll ball into a log of desired size
Place onto prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart
Place in preheated oven. Bake at 400 degrees 12 to 15 minutes or until golden
Remove from oven and set aside. Melt 2 TBS of butter in a small bowl. Add 1/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp garlic powder and stir to fully combine
Brush over tops of breadsticks and allow to sit 5 minutes
Serve immediately or transfer to a wire rack and cool completely. Store leftovers in airtight cintainer at room temperature 3 days
