5 Minute Chaffle Bread

This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make 5-minute chaffle bread

Ingredients

  • 5 grams (2 tsp) coconut flour
  • 2 grams (3/4 tsp) psyllium husk powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp dry Italian seasoning
  • 1 large room temperature egg
  • 56 grams (1/2 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat a waffle iron for 3 to 5 minutes until heated. Sift the dry ingredients into a medium bowl until no lumps. Stir in the remaining ingredients until fully combined and sticks together. Spread batter evenly throughout the prepared waffle iron molds (about 1/3c in each traditional sized mold and 1/4 cup for mini-iron.) Cook for 3 minutes until golden. Once cooked remove from the waffle iron. Eat immediately or allow to cool to room temperature.
