Ingredients
5grams(2 tsp) coconut flour
2grams(3/4 tsp) psyllium husk powder
1/4tspbaking powder
1tspdry Italian seasoning
1largeroom temperature egg
56grams(1/2 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat a waffle iron for 3 to 5 minutes until heated. Sift the dry ingredients into a medium bowl until no lumps. Stir in the remaining ingredients until fully combined and sticks together. Spread batter evenly throughout the prepared waffle iron molds (about 1/3c in each traditional sized mold and 1/4 cup for mini-iron.) Cook for 3 minutes until golden. Once cooked remove from the waffle iron. Eat immediately or allow to cool to room temperature.
