5 Minute Keto Chicken Bread

Ingredients

  • 5 oz boneless chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 3 oz freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 large room temperature egg

Instructions

  • Preheat a waffle iron 3 to 5 minutes until heated. Stir all the ingredients together in a medium bowl until fully combined and sticks together. Spread batter evenly throughout the prepared waffle iron molds. (about 1/2 cup for traditional and 1/3 to 1/4 cup for mini iron) Cook 4 minutes until golden. Once cooked remove from the waffle iron. Eat immediately or allow to cool completely.
