240grams(1 cup) plain Greek yogurt
10grams(2 tsp) apple cider vinegar, adjust to taste
1/2tspgranulated sugar substitute, adjust to tasteI use granulated Lakanto's monkfruit sweetener
1/4tspground mustard
1/4tsponion powder
1/4tspgarlic powder
1/4tspsalt
1/4tsppepper
1/4tspdry dill weed
1TBSdry Italian seasoning
2tspdry oregano
1largecucumber, choppedmy cucumber was about 294 grams
1/4of amedium onion, chopped, adjust to taste

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl combine the yogurt, vinegar and dry seasonings. Stir until everything is fully combined. Gradually fold in the vegetables. Stir until the vegetables are fully coated with the dressing. Serve immediately or cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to use. This can be made up to 2 days in advance.
