Ingredients

  • 240 grams (1 cup) plain Greek yogurt
  • 10 grams (2 tsp) apple cider vinegar, adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp granulated monk fruit sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dry dill weed
  • 1 TBS dry Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp dry oregano
  • 1 large (294 grams) cucumber, chopped
  • 1/4 cup medium onion, chopped
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, cut in half

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl stir together the yogurt, vinegar and dry seasonings until everything is fully combined. Gradually fold in the vegetables until fully coated with the dressing. Serve immediately or cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to use. This can be made up to 2 days in advance.
