Ingredients
1cupsunflower seeds, hulled and rawor seeds of choice
1tspavocado oil or oil of choice
Instructions
Process seeds for 3 minutes. Add the oil. Process another 4 to 5 minutes or until smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides of the processor bowl as needed. If desired add sweetener, peanut butter flavoring, salt or any seasonings of choice. Scrape butter into an airtight container. Store at room temperature up to 2 weeks or in the refrigerator up to 1 month. Spread on bread or use in any recipe that requires a peanut butter substitute.
