This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make basic keto quiche.

Ingredients
212 inchketo tortillascan also use keto pie crust of choice (check out my recipe)
6largeeggs
120mlmilk of choice (1/2 cup)
1/2tspsalt
1/4tsppepper
1/2tsponion powder
134gramschopped ham (1 cup)
4minisweet peppers, chopped
225gramsshredded mozzarella cheese (1 cup)
23gramsfreshly grated parmesan cheese (1/4 cup)
113gramsshredded Colby cheese (1/2 cup)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray or oil of choice. Place tortillas in the prepared pie pan. Push the tortillas until one tortilla sticks up slight on one side and the other sticks up slightly on the opposite side. Set aside
Place the eggs, milk of choice, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Whisk together until fully combined and slightly bubbly. Stir in the ham, peppers, mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese until fully coated and combined. Carefully pour mixture into prepared crust.
Use spatula and spread mixture evenly in the pie pan. Sprinkle the Colby cheese evenly over the top of the quiche. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until the center is set and no longer jiggly. Remove cooked quiche from the oven. Allow to cool 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
