Basic Keto Quiche

This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make basic keto quiche.

  • 2 12 inch keto tortillas can also use keto pie crust of choice (check out my recipe)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 120 ml milk of choice (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 134 grams chopped ham (1 cup)
  • 4 mini sweet peppers, chopped
  • 225 grams shredded mozzarella cheese (1 cup)
  • 23 grams freshly grated parmesan cheese (1/4 cup)
  • 113 grams shredded Colby cheese (1/2 cup)


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray or oil of choice. Place tortillas in the prepared pie pan. Push the tortillas until one tortilla sticks up slight on one side and the other sticks up slightly on the opposite side. Set aside
  • Place the eggs, milk of choice, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Whisk together until fully combined and slightly bubbly. Stir in the ham, peppers, mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese until fully coated and combined. Carefully pour mixture into prepared crust.
  • Use spatula and spread mixture evenly in the pie pan. Sprinkle the Colby cheese evenly over the top of the quiche. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until the center is set and no longer jiggly. Remove cooked quiche from the oven. Allow to cool 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
