Hi friends I’m Janet Tabor author and creator of Janet’s Delicious Low Carb Kitchen. I am a mother, wife and professional homemaker. I have a passion for cooking and have dedicated the past four years specifically to low carb cooking. I am continually on the hunt for new ways to improve the taste and textures of my favorite low carb foods.
