Ingredients
1lbground beef
1/4tspground ginger
1/2tsponion powder
3/4tspgarlic powder
1/4tsppepper
2TBSbrown sugar sweetener
1/4cupliquid aminos
1/2tspxanthan gum or konjac powder or keto thickener of choice
1TBSolive oil
1/4tspcrushed red pepper flakes
1/2cupwater
10ozchopped broccoli
keto rice substitute of choice
Instructions
Place beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle the beef with the dry seasonings and chopped the beef into small pieces. Stir to fully combine. Cook stirring occasionally 5 to 8 minutes or until the beef is brown. While the beef is cooking in a small ball combine the remaining ingredients except the broccoli.
Use a fork and stir until completely combined and smooth. Pour sauce over browned beef and stir to combine. Bring the mixture to a low boil and simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until the sauce is slightly thickened. Stir the broccoli in until fully combined.
Cook another 3 to 5 minutes or until the broccoli is tender. Place the desired amount of keto rice substitute onto a serving plate. Spoon the desired amount of beef and broccoli over the rice substitute. Serve immediately.
