Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a 13-inch round pizza pan with parchment paper. Set aside. Sift the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl until there are no lumps. Stir in the eggs until the dry ingredients are moist. Stir in the melted butter, vanilla and yogurt until a smooth dough forms.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl and form the dough into a smooth ball. Place the dough ball in the center of the prepared pizza pan. Use hands and press the dough evenly throughout the pan. Place the dough in the preheated oven. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly darkened around the edges.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool at least 10 minutes to firm up. While the crust is cooling make the frosting
Greek Yogurt Frosting
Place the frosting ingredients except the sweetener in a medium mixing bowl. Stir until fully combined. Gradually add the sweetener into the mixture and stir until fully combined. Spread evenly over the crust. Leave about a 1/2-inch empty border around the edges of the crust.
Sprinkle the desired toppings evenly over the frosting. I used chopped nuts, white and chocolate chips. Allow the pizza to set until completely cooled. Slice and serve.
