Ingredients
56gramscoconut flour (1/2 cup)
10gramsbaking powder (2 tsp)
1/4tspsalt
optional dry spices for flavor
2largeroom temperature eggs
61mlcoconut milk or milk of choice (1/4 cup)
2tspvanilla extract
80gramsketo maple syrup (1/4 cup)
3ozketo white baking chips or add-ins of choice, (optional)
Instructions
Preheat an air fryer to 325 degrees for at least 5 minutes. If no air fryer preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease four 6 oz. ramekins or silicone muffin cups. Sift the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Stir in the eggs, milk, vanilla and syrup until a smooth batter is formed.
Gradually fold in the chips or add-ins (if using). Divide the batter evenly between the prepared ramekins or muffin molds (about 6 TBS of batter in each ramekin or 3 to 4 TBS batter in each muffin mold) Use a butter knife and spread the batter evenly throughout the ramekins or muffin molds.
Make sure to keep the tops flat and smooth. If desired top each blondie with more baking chips or topping of choice. Place the blondies into the sir fryer. Air fry at 325 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes or until golden. If baking, bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.
Open air fryer. Allow the blondies to sit in the air fryer for 5 minutes to firm up. Remove from the air fryer, keep the blondies in the molds. Transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool another 5 to 10 minutes or until firm. Serve warm or allow to cool completely before serving.
