Preheat an air fryer to 375 degrees for at least 5 minutes. If no air fryer preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a large baking sheet with silicone baking mat or parchment paper. In a small bowl use a fork and smash the cream cheese until it is smooth.
Stir in the cheese, leafy green and dry seasonings until fully combined. Set aside. Use a meat mallet or rolling pin and press the chicken breasts out to the same thickness on all sides. Slice the chicken breasts vertically into thin portions. (after slicing you should have 4 to 6 portions)
Scoop about 2 TBS of the cream cheese filling onto the upper portion of each chicken breast portion. Roll the chicken breasts over the filling and place seam side down. Wrap 2 strips of bacon around each of the rolled chicken breasts. Keep the seams of the bacon on the same side of the seams of the chicken.
Line the air fryer with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper (NEVER PUT LOOSE PARCHMENT PAPER INTO AN AIR FRYER IT CAN CAUSE A FIRE) Place 2 to 3 of the chicken wraps the air fryer. If baking, then place all the chicken wraps onto the prepared baking sheet. Leave space between each wrap for even cooking.
Air fry at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken is at least 165 degrees. If baking bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken is at least 165 degrees. Open the air fryer or oven.
Let the chicken sit in the air fryer/baking sheet for about 5 minutes. Remove from the air fryer/baking sheet and serve immediately.
