Ingredients
2TBSdry Italian seasonings or dry seasonings of choice
1tspsalt
1/2tsppepper
1/2cupolive oil
1/4cupapple cider vinegar
2lbsboneless chicken thighs or boneless chicken breasts
4minisweet peppers
Instructions
Place the dry seasonings, olive oil, and the apple cider vinegar in a large Ziploc bag. Tilt the bag back and for the until everything is fully combined. Place the chicken thighs into the marinade and turn the bag to fully coat the chicken with the marinade.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until skillet is hot. (I use an electric skillet at 350 degrees.) Remove the chicken from the refrigerator. Place the chicken, marinade and the sweet peppers into the preheated skillet.
Cook 7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature at least 160 degrees) Remove the cooked chicken and serve it with the sides of choice.
