14grams(2 TBS) coconut flour
2grams(1/2) tsp baking powder
2largeroom temperature eggs
27grams(2TBS) Greek yogurt
Instructions
Preheat waffle iron 3 to 4 minutes until warm. Sift the dry ingredients into a medium bowl until there are no lumps. Stir in the remaining ingredients until fully combined and smooth. Spread batter evenly over preheated waffle iron molds. (about 1/3 cup for large iron and 1/4 cup for mini iron) Cook for 3 minutes until golden. Once cooked remove from waffle iron. Use immediately or allow to cool to room temperature.
