- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a 12 inch pizza pan with parchment paper 
- In a medium mixing bowl whisk together almond flour, vital wheat gluten, oat flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, dry oregano, and instant yeast 
- Add shredded Parmesan cheese and whisk until the cheese is fully distributed 
- In large mixer bowl add warm water, egg, honey and oil. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. 
- Beat on low for 30 seconds or until all dry ingredients are wet. Change out to dough hook attachment. Beat on medium/high for 3 minutes 
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl and beat on medium/high 3 more minutes. 
- Press dough evenly into prepared pizza pan. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise in a warm draft free area for 20 minutes 
- Uncover and bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden 
- Top crust with sauce, mozzarella cheese, ham and pineapple and bake 8-10 minutes more or until cheese is melted
