Low Carb Oven Fried Chicken
This recipe is designed to teach people how to make healthy "fried" chicken that tastes delicious. 
 Prep Time 15 minutes minutes  Cook Time 50 minutes minutes - 1 cup low carb bread crumbs or almond meal
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dry italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp seasoned pepper
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 5-6 boneless chicken thighs
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place melted butter in a shallow bowl. Place chicken thighs in a 3 quart casserole dish 
- Combine all the rest of the ingredients in a large freezer bag and shake to combine the seasonings 
- Brush the chicken thighs with the melted butter. Place the chicken thighs in the freezer bag and shake the bag to coat the chicken completely 
- Place the chicken back into the casserole dish and bake uncovered for 50 minutes 
1 serving size equals 1 boneless skinless chicken thigh
