Ingredients
1lblean ground beef
28ozcrushed tomatoes
15ml(1 TBS) Worcestershire sauce or liquid aminos
2tspdry Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
15ozItalian seasoned diced tomatoes
4ozcooked keto pasta of choiceI used my shaped keto pasta recipe
optional shredded cheese for topping
Instructions
Place the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Season with desired seasonings. Chop the beef into small pieces. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes or until the beef is no longer pink. As the beef is cooking continue to chop the beef into small pieces.
If needed drain some of the excess fat from the beef and return it to the skillet. Add the remaining ingredients except the pasta. Stir until everything is fully combined. Bring sauce to a low boil. Cover the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until the flavors have set in.
Turn the heat off. Uncover the skillet. Stir in the cooked pasta. Spoon desired amount into a serving bowl. If desired top with shredded cheese of choice.
