Ingredients
250grams(2 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese
50grams(1/3 cup) freshly grated parmesan cheese,
1/2tspdry basil
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/2tspdry oregano
1/2tspdry Italian seasoning
1/4tspsalt
1/2tspbaking powder
2largeroom temperature eggs
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8 x 8 inch cake pan with parchment paper. Allow the paper to hang over the edges of the pan for easy removal. In a large bowl stir together all the ingredients except the eggs until fully combined. Add the eggs and stir until fully combined and everything sticks together. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and push the dough to the center of the bowl.
Shape the dough into a smooth ball and place it into the prepared cake pan. Press the dough evenly and firmly throughout the cake pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 27 minutes until the bread is golden. Once baked remove the bread from the oven and cool in the pan at least 20 minutes to firm up.
Once firm grasp the overhanging parchment paper and lift the bread out of the pan. Transfer the bread to a wire rack and cool completely before slicing. Once cooled slice the bread into 6 slices and serve warm or at room temperature.
