Ingredients
2ozcream cheese
1TBSbutter
14ozfrozen green beans, unthawed
salt
pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
chopped ham
shredded cheese
crushed pork rinds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place the cream cheese and butter into a 2 quart casserole dish. Place in the oven and cook 5 until the butter is fully melted and the cream cheese is soft. Use a fork and stir the butter and cream cheese together until combined.
Add the frozen green beans. Stir the green beans and cream cheese mixture together until the green beans are fully coated. Stir in the desired amount of salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Spread the mixture evenly throughout the casserole dish. Top with the desired amount of cooked, chopped ham. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes or until heated.
Remove from the oven. Top the casserole with the desired amount of shredded cheese of choice. Top the cheese with desired amount of crushed pork rinds. Place back into the preheated oven. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted and everything is heated through. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
