Baked Burger Patties
This recipe is designed to teach everyone how bake burgers in the oven
Servings 6 1/4lb burgers
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- seasonings of choice
- cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Stir beef and seasonings of choice in a medium mixing bowl until fully combined
- Divide beef into six 1/4lb portions. Shape beef portions into desired size of patties
- Place beef patties onto an oven fryer rack. If you do not have an oven fryer rack place a cooling rack into a small cookie sheet
- Bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 5- 10 minutes or until desired level of pink and internal temperature is 155-165 degrees
- Remove from the oven immediately place a slice of cheese on top of the patties and allow the cheese to melt
Super Easy Keto Big Mac Sauce
This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make super easy keto Big Mac style sauce
Servings 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 2 TBS keto ketchup
- 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
- 1 TBS keto sweet relish
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp golden monkfruit sweetener or brown sweetener of choice, optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Use a fork and stir to fully combine all ingredients. Place in the refrigerator and chill at least 1 hour before using. Store leftovers in a airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks
To assemble the Special Burger: Spread 1 to 1 1/2 TBS of the Big Mac Sauce onto a bottom portion of a keto hamburger bun. Top the sauce with minced onions, shredded lettuce, one cheese slice and a cooked hamburger patty. Place another bottom portion of a keto hamburger bun on top of the patty. Top the second bun portion with more Big mac sauce, minced onion, shredded lettuce and a second cooked hamburger patty. Top the second patty with 2 to 3 pickle slices, and the top portion of the keto hamburger bun, Serve immediately.
