Ingredients
1 1/2lbslean ground beef
15oztomato sauce
102ml(7 TBS) water
29ml(2 TBS) apple cider vinegar,
29ml(2 TBS) worcestershire sauce
45grams(3 TBS) tomato paste
32grams(2 1/2) TBS brown monkfruit sweetener
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
1/2TBSground mustard powder
1/4tspsalt
1/4tsppepper
1/2of a largered bell pepper, chopped
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, season the ground beef with desired dry salt, pepper and seasoning. Chop the beef into small pieces. Allow the beef to cook 5 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink. As the beef is cooking continue to chop it into small pieces while stirring frequently.
Leave a small amount of fat in the skillet then drain the excess fat from the beef. Stir in the tomato sauce, water, apple cider vinegar Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste until fully combined, and the paste is smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until the sweetener is fully dissolved. Bring mixture to a low boil. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
Turn off the heat. Spoon the desired amount of the filling over the keto buns of choice. Serve immediately.
