298grams(2 cups) frozen strawberriesabout 16 large strawberries)
Instructions
Place ingredients in a high-powered blender. Pulse a few times to break up the strawberries. Blend for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until smooth and the texture of soft serve ice cream. Serve immediately. For firmer texture freeze for 15 to 20 minutes.

Creamer substitute: 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk, 6 TBS heavy cream, 2TBS powdered monkfruit/allulose blend.
