Ingredients
- 240 ml (1 cup) keto liquid creamer see notes for creamer substitute
- 298 grams (2 cups) frozen strawberries about 16 large strawberries)
Instructions
- Place ingredients in a high-powered blender. Pulse a few times to break up the strawberries. Blend for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until smooth and the texture of soft serve ice cream. Serve immediately. For firmer texture freeze for 15 to 20 minutes.
Notes
Creamer substitute: 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk, 6 TBS heavy cream, 2TBS powdered monkfruit/allulose blend.
