In a medium saucepan over medium heat allow milk to almost come to a boil
Add monkfruit sweetener and stir 1 minute or until fully dissolved. About 1 minute
Add milk powder and whisk well for 1-2 minutes or until fully dissolved
Add butter and vanilla Reduce and stir constantly another 1-2 minutes or until the butter is fully melted and smooth. Allow mixture to almost come to a boil. NEVER ALLOW MIXTURE TO COME TO A COMPLETE BOIL
Remove from heat. Place a mesh strainer over a large heat safe bowl. Pour milk mixture through the strainer and tilt the strainer side to side to strain out any lumps from the milk powder
Let cool about 30 minutes or until mixture reaches room temperature. Milk thickens as it cools
Use immediately or pour into an airtight container. in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Milk thickens more as it is refrigerator. If storing for more than 24 hours use a fork and stir the milk at least once daily. Use in any recipe that uses sweetened condensed milk
