In a large 5 quart stockpot over medium heat stir together diced tomato, tomato paste, tomato sauce, and salsa until fully combined and the tomato paste is smooth
Add salt, pepper, ground cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder until fully combined
Add chopped onion, black soy beans (if using), squash and ground meat (if using). Stir to fully combine
Bring to low boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until heated and the flavors have set.
Serve warm into desired serving dishes. Top with desired toppings
