4ozcream cheese
6largeeggs
14grams(2 TBS) coconut flour
optional dry seasonings
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line two 9 x 13-inch baking sheets with silicone mats. Place all ingredients in a large blender. Blend for about 20 seconds or until completely smooth. Divide the mixture evenly between the prepared baking sheets. Use a spatula and spread the mixture in a very thin even layer throughout the baking sheets. Make sure there are no holes in the layer
Bake at 300 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until firm and brown on the edges. Remove the cooked pasta sheets from the oven. Allow them to cool 5 minutes in the pans. Lift the mat out with the pasta sheet and turn it pasta side down onto a lined worksurface. Carefully peel the top mat from the pasta sheet.
Cut the pasta sheets in half then cut each half in half to create 4 pasta sheets. Cut one pasta sheet into 3 equal portions. Use these noodles in any recipe that calls for lasagna noodles.
