Ingredients
12 1/2ozcanned chicken or tuna
3TBSmayonnaise
3TBSsour cream
1TBSlemon or lime juice
1/2tspground cumin
1tsponion powder
salt and pepper to taste
1/2medium cucumber, chopped
1mediumRoma tomato, chopped
1/2smalljalapeno, chopped and seeded
1minisweet pepper, chopped and seeded
1cupcanned baby corn drained, and chopped
2TBSfresh cilantro, chopped
1tspchili powder
Instructions
Completely drain the canned chicken/tuna. Use a fork and shred the chicken/tuna. Combine everything in a large mixing bowl. Stir everything together until fully combined and all the vegetables are completely coated. Serve immediately or cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving. Serve in a wrap, sandwich or as a snack/appetizer on keto crackers/chips.
