Ingredients
2tspgarlic powder
1/2tsponion powder
1/2tspground mustard
1tspdry oregano
1/4cupolive oil or oil of choice
2tspliquid aminos or light soy sauce
1/4cupred wine vinegar or vinegar of choice
1/4cupchicken broth
3lbsboneless pork chops or meat/vegetables of choice
Instructions
Place all ingredients except the pork into a small bowl and whisk until completely combined. Place the pork in a large Ziploc bag. Pour the marinade over the pork and seal the bag closed. Turn the bag several times to fully coat the meat with the marinade.
Allow the meat to marinade at room temperature for 20 minutes or in the refrigerator up to 24 hours. preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Pour the pork and the marinade into a 3 qt casserole dish. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature of the pork is at least 145 degrees.
Remove from the oven and allow to sit for at least 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm with the side dishes of choice.
