Ingredients
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 1 tsp dry oregano
- 1/4 cup olive oil or oil of choice
- 2 tsp liquid aminos or light soy sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar or vinegar of choice
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 3 lbs boneless pork chops or meat/vegetables of choice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except the pork into a small bowl and whisk until completely combined. Place the pork in a large Ziploc bag. Pour the marinade over the pork and seal the bag closed. Turn the bag several times to fully coat the meat with the marinade.
- Allow the meat to marinade at room temperature for 20 minutes or in the refrigerator up to 24 hours. preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Pour the pork and the marinade into a 3 qt casserole dish. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature of the pork is at least 145 degrees.
- Remove from the oven and allow to sit for at least 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm with the side dishes of choice.
