Ingredients
80gramsketo ketchup or tomato sauce (1/3 cup)
54gramsolive oil or oil of choice (1/4 cup)
60gramsapple cider vinegar or vinegar of choice (1/4 cup)
1/4tspcelery seed
1/4tspchili powder
1/4tspdry mustard
1/4tsponion powder
1/8tspsmoked paprika
1/2tspsalt, adjust to taste
25gramsgranulated sweetener of choice (2 TBS) adjust to tasteI use granulated monkfruit sweetener
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a small food processor. Pulse 2 to 3 times to begin combining. Process 20 to 30 seconds or until fully combined and smooth. Can adjust the seasonings and sweetness to your taste. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 week. Can be used as a salad dressing, marinade, sandwich/wrap spread, dip and more.
