Ingredients
- 80 grams keto ketchup or tomato sauce (1/3 cup)
- 54 grams olive oil or oil of choice (1/4 cup)
- 60 grams apple cider vinegar or vinegar of choice (1/4 cup)
- 1/4 tsp celery seed
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt, adjust to taste
- 25 grams granulated sweetener of choice (2 TBS) adjust to taste I use granulated monkfruit sweetener
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a small food processor. Pulse 2 to 3 times to begin combining. Process 20 to 30 seconds or until fully combined and smooth. Can adjust the seasonings and sweetness to your taste. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 week. Can be used as a salad dressing, marinade, sandwich/wrap spread, dip and more.
