Ingredients
1 1/2cupscooked, shredded chicken
6ozsoftened cream cheese
1cupshredded cheeseI used Colby cheese
1/3cupchunky salsa
6eight inchketo soft tortillas
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil and lightly grease the foil with cooking spray or oil. Place all the ingredients except the tortillas in a medium mixing bowl and stir until fully combined. Divide the mixture between the 6 keto tortillas.
Push the mixture into a line down one side of the tortilla. Roll the tortillas over the filling and place seam side down onto the prepared baking sheet. Generously brush the flautas with oil and place in the preheated oven. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly crisp.
Remove the flautas from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for a couple of minutes. Serve immediately with salsa, guacamole, sour cream or the dip of choice.
