3six inchketo tortillasI use Mission Carb Control tortillas
2TBSbutter, melted
1/2cupgranulated sweetener of choiceI use granulated monkfruit sweetener
1TBSground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees or preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut each tortilla into 8 triangles. Brush the triangles on both sides with the melted butter. Stir together the sweetener and cinnamon until combined. Sprinkle the desired amount of cinnamon/sweetener mixture over both sides of the triangles.
Place triangles in a single layer in the preheated air fryer or oven. Air fry wt 375 degrees for 4 to 6 minutes or until browned. If baking, bake at 425 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until browned. Open the air fryer or oven and allow the chips to cool in the air fryer or baking sheet about 3 minutes to firm up.
Remove from the air fryer or baking sheet. Serve warm or allow to cool completely and serve immediately.
